1. I placed my order, what's next?
Thanks for your order! You will be receiving your order confirmation email, with your receipt, within the hour! Once your order is sent out for shipping, you will receive a second email notifying you that your package is on its way!
2. When will my Pinkabee Order ship?
Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 3 business days pending availability and credit verification, and ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM US EST (US Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier schedules.
3. How will my Pinkabee gems arrive?
Your Pinkabee jewlery will arrive individually packaged in our beautifully branded boxes...perfect for gift-giving! We include Pinkabee Care instructions to remind you how to best take care of your new accessories!
4. What shipping carrier does Pinkabee use?
We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail. On occasion, we will ship with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Pinkabee reserves the right to change carriers at any time.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. At this time we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
6. I received my Pinkabee order but I'd like to return something.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay!
8. Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address does not match the address your bank has on file. Double check this first...if you are still having problems email us at customerservice@pinkabee.com and we will do our best to help you out!
9. Does Pinkabee have sales events and other ways to save?
